Crew Leader
Do you have experience with residential or commercial lawn mowing and landscaping? We seek a crew leader who can work with minimal supervision, as part of a team, but also direct and lead the activities of other team members. As Crew Leader, you are detail oriented, honest, reliable, self-motivated, and experienced in lawn mowing and maintenance techniques.
Responsibilities of the Crew Leader include:
- Working with a project manager
to carry out lawn mowing and maintenance
projects on an ongoing basis.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be able to get back and forth from Millersville. Rate is based on experience.
Laborer (several openings)
Do you enjoy working outside? We are looking for hard-working Team members that have a great work ethic. If that sounds like you, join our team at Goss Family Landscaping and Property Services. You will operate lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers and plowing/shoveling. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients’ exterior safe and looking beautiful. Our team works in various types of weather conditions and performs maintenance duties to ensure employee safety.
Landscaper Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mow grass
- Plant new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs
- Properly store and handle all equipment, tools, etc.
- Snow removal
